Driven entirely by passionate volunteers, our association brings people together, fostering teamwork, confidence & lifelong friendships both on and off the court. Support Our Representative Teams
Our Representative players have an incredible opportunity ahead, competing at the Fuel to Go & Play Carnival in Perth and showcasing the future of Margaret River Netball on a state stage.
The Fuel To Go & Play Association Championships bring together more than 4,200 netballers from across Western Australia at the Gold Netball Centre and Matthews Netball Centre, making it the largest netball event in Australia.
With over 300 teams taking part each year, the championships create an exceptional environment for player, coach and umpire talent identification, as well as a valuable opportunity for associations to measure their development and pathway progress against the strongest competition in the state.
For our young athletes, this isn’t just another carnival. It’s a chance to grow, be challenged, build confidence, and experience a level of competition that can genuinely shape their future in the sport.
This year, 57 local Margaret River children across 6 teams will proudly represent our community. Our Association, players & families have been busily fundraising for months, but the total cost of attending the carnival still exceeds $20,000, including:
Accommodation: $15,000
Bus Hire & Fuel: $1,800
Team Registration fees: $2,340
Umpiring fees: $1,080
Catering and team support: $3,420
We’re reaching out to our community to help bridge the gap so every child can take part in this opportunity without financial pressure holding them back. Every donation — big or small — directly supports our players and helps them step onto the court ready to shine.
