Ages 5 - 6 years
Woolworths NetSetGO is Netball Australia’s entry level program. It teaches children the basic skills of netball. It gives children aged 5 to 10 a positive introduction to netball, through skill-based activities, minor games, music, dance and modified matches. The program promotes a healthy, active lifestyle and helps children develop important social skills, like team work. With three tiers Net, Set and GO, the program is designed especially for children to transition into junior netball with confidence.

NET Resources
Resources and guides for our NetSetGO Net program, supporting young players as they learn skills, build confidence, and enjoy their first steps into netball.
The Net tier is a play-based movement skills program, with an emphasis on the acquisition of basic movement skills, in a fun environment of games and activities including music and dance. Participants join the program as individuals, not as a team with the emphasis of the program on participation, developing skills and having fun. Refinement of skills and their application to the game is introduced when the next tier is reached.
The handbook is designed to assist volunteers to follow the requirements of Woolworths NetSetGo easily and efficiently. It aims to make a coach’s role easy to understand so they can assist with the delivery of program sessions. With this handbook and the information provided by Netball WA, coaches will be able to plan and coordinate the delivery of a successful Woolworths NetSetGo Centre.
